| 摘 要： | 湿地是重要的自然资源之一,保护湿地对于生态环境有着极其重要的作用,然而湿地的法律保护在我国却是一个薄弱环节。本文论述了我国湿地保护中存在的若干问题,并提出具体的法律对策——制定《湿地保护法》。
