高铁隧道环境下的智能除尘器设计与实现研究

摘    要:在高铁隧道环境下进行智能除尘,保护高铁隧道的内部环境,设计一款基于嵌入式ARM的高铁隧道除尘器,设计的高铁隧道除尘器包括扬尘传感器模块、AD模块、上位机模块、控制模块和执行器模块等子系统.扬尘传感器使用DS18B20,测量量程20%~90%RH,采用ADSP21160处理器进行除尘器的控制系统设计,控制器将常开节点输出低电平,实现灰尘浓度的自适应感知,外加转换模块进行时钟采样,通过构建时钟电路进行高铁隧道除尘器的低电复位和高压控制,DSP控制D/A转换器实现功率放大,降低除尘器功耗,并提高除尘器的输出功率.通过硬件电路模块化设计方法实现除尘器设计.系统测试结果表明,该除尘器能有效实现高铁隧道除尘功能,工况稳定,系统可靠性较强.

Abstract:In order to realize smart dust elimination in the high-speed rail tunnel environment and protect the internal envi-ronment of high-speed railway tunnel, this study designed a high-speed rail tunnel dust remover with embedded ARM. High-speed rail tunnel dust remover design including dust sensor module, AD module, computer module, control module and execution module subsystem, dust sensor the use of DS18B20, measurement range 20% ~90% RH. The design of the control system using ADSP21160 processor for dust collector, the controller will normally open node output low level, realize the adaptive perception of dust concentration, and conversion module clock sampling, high speed rail tunnel dust collector by constructing a clock circuit re-set and low voltage control, DSP control of D/A converter power amplifier, filter and reduce power consumption, increase the a-mount of dust precipitator precipitator. The design and implementation of hardware circuit through the modular design method of the system test results. The results show that the dust collector can effectively realize the dust removal function of high-speed railway tunnel, the working condition is stable, and the system reliability is strong.
