摘    要:对江苏某变压器企业实际采取的粉尘废气、有机废气治理方法进行可行性分析,重点探讨了蓄热式热氧化(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,RTO)技术治理挥发性有机废气实际运行效果.结果表明二甲苯、酚类、非甲烷总烃等污染物均能满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)表2中的二级排放标准.项目总投资367万元,运行费用3 225元/天,其中RTO系统总投资共计282万元,燃料费用280元/天,对该企业不构成经济负担.该设备的使用,环境效益显著.

Abstract:Combined with the experience of waste gas pollution rectification in a transformer enterprises, emission concentration and removal efficiency of typical pollutant were analyzed to discuss the practical operation result of using RTO oxidation burning technology for governing the volatile organic compounds.The results showed that emission concentration and rate of Xylene, Phenols, and NMHC conforms to "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants"(GB 16297-1996).Total investment and daily operating costs was RMB3.67 million, and 3225 RMB respectively, of which RTO system account for RMB2.82 million.Fuel costs RMB 280 per day, which wouldn't constitute a financial burden for this enterprise.This process has many advantages such as low cost, obvious economic benefit and high environmental benefit.
