含氰含铜电镀废水处理工程实例研究

摘    要:采用重力分离、二氧化氯氧化、化学沉淀+过滤方法分别对某镀铜车间的含油、含氰、含铜废水进行分类处理,在pH=9的条件下,采用二氧化氯作为氧化剂将CN-氧化为N2;金属铜离子在碱性条件下与氢氧根产生难溶的氢氧化铜,经沉淀过滤后出水,主要污染物去除率达到98.2%,处理后水质达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)和《黄河流域(陕西段)污水综合排放标准》(DB61/224-2011)相关排放要求.

Abstract:The processes of gravity separation, chlorine dioxide oxidation, precipitation separation and filtration technology have been used for treating the electroplating wastewater.The electroplating wastewater is classified into cyanide-containing, copper-containing, grease-containing wastewater.The CN-was oxidized to N2 by carbon dioxide under the conditions of pH 9.Copper hydroxide was reacted by copper ions and hydroxide under the conditions of alkaline.Clean water which the removal rates of the main pollutants are higher than 98.2%.After the treatment, the water quality of the effluent water reaches Electroplating Pollutants Emission Standard(GB 21900-2008)and Discharge Standard for Shanxi Section in Yellow River Basin(DB61/224-2011).
