上海市燃油、燃气锅炉NOx排放现状及控制建议研究

摘    要:简述了上海市燃油、燃气锅炉的区域分布及额定蒸发量分布,结果表明上海市燃油、燃气锅炉以10 t/h以下的小锅炉为主;分析了上海市燃油、燃气锅炉NOx排放浓度水平、超标情况及提标潜势,研究显示燃油锅炉NOx排放浓度水平高于燃气锅炉、NOx超标均出现在10 t/h以下小锅炉、额定蒸发量较高的锅炉NOx排放水平相对较低,较严标准限值的控制下达标率也相对较高;基于以上研究结果,提出了加强NOx监测及推进锅炉低氮燃烧改造工作等控制建议.

Abstract:The regional distribution and rated evaporation of oil-fired boilers and gas-fired boilers in Shanghai were briefly described. The rated evaporation of oil-fired boilers and gas-fired boilers were mainly below 10t/h. NOx emission concentra-tion, standard-reaching situation and underlying trend of reaching more stringent standard of oil-fired boilers and gas-fired boilers were analyzed. Results show that the NOx emission concentration of oil-fired boilers were higher than that of gas-fired boilers. The NOx emission level that exceeded the standard were found in the boilers whose rated evaporation were below 10 t/h. The higher the rated evaporation of boiler were, the lower the NOx emission and the higher the rate of reaching more stringent e-mission standard were. Countermeasures of strengthening NOx monitoring and promoting low -nitrogen combustion technology were put forward based on the above-mentioned research results.
