摘    要:采用电沉积法制备Ce修饰Ti/PbO2电极,通过动态极化法、循环伏安法、快速电极寿命法对电极性能进行了研究,表明该电极具有较高的析氧电位(2.11 V)和良好的电催化活性,预测电极使用寿命为2.3年.以苯酚为目标降解物,探讨了电极电催化性能,并考察苯酚初始浓度、电流密度、阳极材料、溶液温度、搅拌速度对苯酚降解效果的影响.结果表明最佳工艺参数为:电流密度为0.06 A·cm-2,pH=6.7,电极间距为2 cm,温度20℃,搅拌速度180 r·min-1,采用0.5 mol·L-1的Na2SO4溶液作为支持电解质,5 h后苯酚去除率达到95.5%.

Abstract:The experiment prepared Ce modified Ti/PbO2 electrodes by electrode position and researched on the electrodes performance through dynamic polarization, cyclic voltammetry, and rapid electrode life method, Result showed that the electrode has a higher oxygen evolution potential(2.11 V)and good electric catalytic activity, by which has an expected a 2.3 year electrode life.This paper discussed the electric catalytic properties with phenol and the degradation effluence of factors including initial phenol concentration, current density, anode material, solution temperature and agitation speed.The results showed that the optimum process parameters are:0.06 A·cm-2 current density, pH=6.7,2cmelectrode distance,20℃ and 180 r·min-1 stirring speed.using 0.5 mol·L-1 Na2SO4 solution as the supporting electrolyte, the 5 h removal rate of phenol reached 95.5%.
