南京市生态环境保护战略分析研究

南京市作为长三角地区的重要区域中心城市,自然条件禀赋,经济社会发展实力雄厚.但随着城市化高速发展与人口的快速增加,也不得不面对环境容量瓶颈,同时偏重的工业结构与高污染负荷的现状也给城市环境水平的提升带来巨大压力,如何保护区域优良生态环境引人关注.通过分析"十二五"期间南京市经济社会发展过程中生态环境保护现状与工作进展,总结目前生态环境保护工作中存在的困难与问题.在此基础上结合国家战略要求,提出了促进区域环境质量提升的建议.

Analysis and Research of Ecological Environment Protection Strategy in Nanjing

As an important regional central city of the Yangtze River region, Nanjing has both favorable natural conditions and strong social and economic strengths. With the rapid development of urbanization and the sharp growth of population, environmen-tal capacity bottleneck has appeared. The emphasis on the industrial structure and the high pollution load also bring great pressure to the upgrading of the urban environment. So how to protect excellent ecological environment has been attracting attention of the whole society. By reviewing present situation and the progress of ecological environmental protection work in economic and social development process of Nanjing during the period of the Twelfth Five-year Plan, this paper summarized the current difficulties and problems existing in the ecological environmental protection work. On this basis, combining the need for national strategy, the article pointed out suggestions to improve the regional environmental quality.
