| 摘 要： | "金砖国家"包括中国、印度、巴西、南非和俄罗斯,各国根据自身的国情制定了各具特色的环保法。本文就这些国家环保法的特点进行了简单介绍,并据此对我国环保法的修改提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The golden brick countries include China, India, Brazil, South Africa and Russia. The respective country formulates the characteristic environmental protection laws based on its situation of the country. The paper briefly introduces the characteristics of their environmental protection laws and puts forward several suggestions on the emendation of environmental protection laws in our country. |
