| 摘 要： | 郑州市水土流失严重，主要是不合理开发资源，道路基础设施建设、非生态农业生产等原因造成的。应加强管理，科学地综合治理，推行清洁生产，开发与保护并重，实施符合环保政策导向和生态保护战略加以防治。
