摘    要:二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为一种优良的工业溶剂和有机合成材料,其应用范围非常广泛。针对回收DMF存在的第二回收塔甲酸含量偏高、塔底釜残中DMF产出增大的问题,目前国内外学者以及各厂家均未从根本上解决此问题。文章采用向DMF回收系统加入二甲胺的方法,从化学平衡的角度研究了二甲胺在DMF回收系统中对甲酸生成的抑制作用,并将第二回收塔设计为减压蒸馏方式,其DMF回收率可提高25%。
