摘    要:规划环评的环境影响要素识别和评价指标体系的建立是规划环评分析评价的基础。城市轨道交通线网规划既有战略性、宏观性特点,又有鲜明的行业特征。结合城市轨道交通线网规划环境影响评价的实践对城市轨道交通线网规划环评的环境影响要素识别与评价指标体系的建立进行探讨,使其具有对实际工作的指导意义。

Abstract:Identification of key EIA impact factors and construction of index evaluation system is the basisthe basis of EIA analysis and evaluation. Urban rail transportation network planning has both strategic and macro features, as well as distinctive characteristics of the industry. Based on the real practice of urban rail transportation network planning, this paper discussed on the identification of key environmental impact factors and index evaluation system construction. It has guiding significance for practical work.
