摘    要:在实验室条件下,研究了东海原甲藻种群生长过程中光合系统Ⅱ荧光参数(最大量子产额,有效量子产额和活性叶绿素比例)的变化。在高营养盐组中,东海原甲藻种群生长曲线具有明显的前滞期和指数期。在前滞期,荧光参数稳定升高;在生长曲线拐点前,荧光参数基本保持稳定。在低营养盐组中,生长曲线具有明显的前滞期,但指数期不明显。荧光参数(有效量子产额和活性叶绿素比例)在生长前滞期无明显的变化规律,但在整个生长过程中总体呈现升高的趋势。结果表明:东海原甲藻的叶绿素荧光参数受到营养盐浓度和种群生长模式的影响。

Abstract:In lab conditions, we conducted a series of experiments to investigate the responses of fluorescence parameters(maximum quantum yield, effective quantum yield and the ratio of active Chl a to total Chl a) of photosynthetic system Ⅱ to the population growth of Prorocentrum donghaiense. The results showed that when the external nutrient was sufficient, the population growth of P. donghaiense exhibited distinct lag and exponential phases. The fluorescence parameters steadily increased in the lag phase, and kept constantly high values before reaching the inflection point. When the external nutrient was insufficient, the population growth showed the distinct lag phase; however, the exponential phase was shortened. The fluorescence parameters(effective quantum yield and the ratio of active Chl a to total Chl a) showed no significant changing pattern in the lag phase, but an overall increasing trend was observed during the growth period. Our results suggested that the fluorescence parameters of P.donghaiense can be affected by the different growth pattern and external nutrient status.
