大庆市自然保护区现状调查及其保护管理对策探讨

大庆市共有14个自然保护区,总面积为2469.0249平方千米.通过调查大庆市自然保护区现状及分布情况,分析了自然保护区存在问题-即保护区级别低,区域分布不平衡;投资力度小,管理体制不完善;科技力量薄弱,研究工作滞后等,为此提出要加强大庆市自然保护区的保护管理工作就必须切实加强领导、统一组织协调,明确管理体制、设置管理机构,多元筹划资金、争取优惠政策,开展科学研究、增加科技含量,开发生态旅游、促进可持续发展等七项建议.

Investigation on Present Situation of Daqing Nature Reserves and Discussion on Its Protection and Management Countermeasures

There are fourteen nature reserves in Daqing with an total area of 2469 square kilometers.On the basis of investigation of the present situation and distribution of nature reserves in Daqing,this paper analyzes the existing problems including low level and nonuniform distribution of the reserves,insufficient investment and inadequate management system,lack of qualified science and technical personal and lag of research work and so on.And suggestions are given for the improvement of protection and management of the reserves: to strengthen the leadership and unify the coordination organizationally;to make clear the management system and set up administrative organization;to raise funds by multiple channels and try to win over preferential policies;to start scientific research and expand science and technological content;to develop ecological tourism and promote sustainable development.
