| 摘 要： | TiO2薄膜在紫外、光照射下所表现出来的超亲水性得到了国内外许多科学工作者的广泛关注。简要介绍了TiO2薄膜材料的超亲水机理、制备方法及应用发展等，指出了目前存在的问题并简单评述了今后的研究和发展方向。

| Abstract: | Much attention is paid to TiO_2 thin film with its superhydrophilicity under irradiation of ultraviolet. In this paper introductions are made to the mechanisms of surface superhydrophilicity, manufacturing methods and applied developments, the existed problems at present are put forward and the future development direction is described. |
