旋转锥式闪速热解生物质试验研究

摘    要:利用旋转锥式闪速热解装置,对生物质进行了闪速热解试验研究。生物质是一种可再生的能源,在无氧或有限氧气供给的条件下热解为液体、固体、气体3种燃料产品。介绍了以旋转锥式反应器为核心的闪速热解液化设备、工艺参数及产物特性,并根据此结果对比了常规热解、快速热解、闪速热解的生物油典型数据,为生物质废弃物的有效清洁利用及可再生能源的生产探索了新的途径。

Abstract:Biomass is a renewable energy resource,and biomass pyrolysis is a thermal chemical process which can produce liquid,gas and solid fuels in complete absence of oxygen or with a limited oxygen supply. A rotating cone flash pyrolysis device is introduced and its characters of the process parameters and products are discussed.The typical data on a bio oil by the conventional pyrolysis and the flash pyrolysis are compared according to the test results.A new path of producing renewable resource has been explored.
