长江地区城镇化发展的区域差异及其决定因素分析

长江上、中、下游 三大地带城镇化发展很不平衡,这种不平衡性是由地理位置、经济发展水平和城镇化的模式决定的。利用长江地区９省铈蝗统计数据,研究了长江地区城镇化发展的区域差异,并使用回归分析的方法,探讨了长江地区城镇化发展的决定因素,揭示了长江地区城镇化和农业、工业、第三产业、农村非农化、基础设施、政府投资等因素之间的仙在关系,在未来长江地区的发展过程中,要以城镇化的发展来推动传统农业向现代化农业转变

ANALYSIS ON REGIONAL DIFFERENCES AND DETERMINANTS OF URBANIZATION PROGRESS IN THE YANGTZE AREA

The urbanization process develops very unevenly in the upper,the middle and the lower terrain of the Yangtze area.This inequality depends on the geographical situation,the level of economical development and the mode of urbanization.By regression analysis of statistic data of 10 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River,this paper discusses main determinants in urbanization in the area.In addition,this paper probed into the inherent relations among the urbanization,the first industry,the second industry,the tertiary industry,the rural industry,the infrastructure and the government's investment.In the future development of the Yangtze area,efforts must be made to transform the traditional agriculture into modern agriculture,and to harmonize the urbanization and agricultural development.Moreover,non agricultural industries' potential acceptance of labor force must be put to use fully to accelerate the transfer of surplus agricultural labor force the rural industry must be reinforced in the future because of its important role in absorbing the agriclutural labor force and in relaxing the excessive concentration of the migrants to the city.At the same time,more attention should be paid to macroscopical control and adjustment of township and village enterprises to improve their quality and to eliminate their negative impacts.
