| Abstract: | This arrticle starts with contrasting analysis of environment and natural resources,those are objects of environmental rights and natural resources rights.After making a discussion on affiliation and difference of environmental rights and natural resources rights,the author proves that environmental rihgts and natural resources rights are two relatively but not abso lutely unattached legal rights.Then the author the author makes a study on theory and realism base of oneness of environment law and natural resources law,name and conception of combined legal rights. |
