| Abstract: | The shortage of water resource and the polution of water environment have been becoming the serious problems in the world today.Owing to the relationship of geopolitics,economy,diplomacy among countries,and a series of water conflicts,the international rivers have been playing attention seriously by internationalization.The paper put forwards the strategical countermeasures and advice of the sustainable exploitation and utilization of international rivers. |
