紫露草微核监测法在海洋酵母菌解毒重金属离子中的应用

摘    要:在人工配制的污染海水(含Cr~(3+)、Cd~(2+)和Hg~(2+))各150ppm或自然海区污染的海水中,加入一定量的海洋酵母菌(1.5×10~7个/500ml海水),经过一定时间处理后,表明酵母菌有解毒和净化污染海水的作用。用紫露草微核方法和化学方法进行对比监测表明,污染海水紫露草微核率降低,离子含量减少。该实验为用微生物方法净化海水提供了依据。

Abstract:The decontamination of heavy metal polluted sea water by marine yeast was studied using Tradescantia micronucleus technique as a monitoring method. After adding marine yeast at a concentration of 7.5×106 per liter,the metal contents in either polluted natural sea water or artificial sea water spiked with Cr3+,Cd2+ and Hg2+ at 150 ppm were found to decrease,indicated by the MCN technique as well as chemical measurement.
