摘    要:为保证钢桁梁顶推横移施工期间临近高铁线的运营安全,基于Plaxis 3d软件对钢桁梁横移过程中周围土体的变形影响范围及临近高铁桥墩的变位情况进行数值计算。在此基础上通过现场实测的手段,重点针对施工期间临近桥墩的竖向沉降与水平位移进行高频率监测。结果表明:对比分析数值计算与现场实测结果,可知钢桁梁顶推横移过程中,土体的沉降变形不断向临近高铁线延伸,高铁桥墩周围土体受影响较为明显。桥墩的竖向沉降与水平位移变化均基本稳定且在预警值范围内波动,其中桥墩竖向沉降几乎不受影响,水平位移受影响相对较大。该研究结果可为今后类似临近既有高铁线桥梁上部结构施工提供可靠参考。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the nearby high-speed rail operations during the construction of steel truss beam pushing and traversing, Plaxis 3d software is used to simulate the range of deformation of the surrounding soil and the displacement of closed high-speed railway piers during the steel truss beam traverse. Furthermore, the settlement and horizontal displacement of the nearby high-speed railway piers are also investigated by field high-frequency measurement. Comparison of numerical calculation and field test results show that the deformation of soil continues to extend to the nearby high-speed railway line, and the impact of the soil around the high-speed railway piers is relatively obvious during the pushing and traversing process of steel truss beam. The vertical settlement and horizontal displacement of piers are basically stable, fluctuating within the range of warning value. Vertical settlement of piers is almost unaffected and horizontal displacement is relatively affected. Results can provide a reliable reference for the similar construction of the superstructure near the existing high-speed railway bridges.
