Regional Strategy Selection of Mineral Resources Sustainable Utilization Based on Systemic Evolution Characteristics

Mineral resources sustainabihty is the foundation of social and economic development. For this reason, sustainable utilization of mineral resources has aroused extensive attention. Based on research results, the development conception of sustainable utilization of mineral utilization was enhanced in this paper. Applying theory and thought of systemic science, the characteristics of mineral resources system and the evolution pattern of system threshold state critical point were researched. The flail utilization strategy of mineral resources in systemic scale and critical point strategy of system critical situation was proposed. The essential way to realize regional sustainable utilization of mineral resources is the circulation and integration of flail utilizing strategy with critical point strategy, which meets mineral resources demand of regional social and economic sustainable development. The references for reasonably planning utilization of regional mineral resources, realizing mineral resources and social and economic sustainable development were provided.
