摘    要:概述了电化学阻抗谱技术的原理、实验方法和分析方法,介绍了对多种数据处理及评价,最后阐述了EIS的局限性,并对其发展进行了展望。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the principles, experimental methods and analytical methods of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, introduces a variety of data processing and evaluation, and finally expounds the limitations of EIS and prospects its development.
