马钢中板厂含油污水回用系统改进工艺研究

马钢中板厂原有的含油污水二级沉淀工艺处理效率低，不能满足污水回用要求。实验室中对该含油污水的处理进行了改进工艺的研究。结果表明：用混凝气浮工艺处理该含油污水能达到罗高的悬浮物及油的去除率，可满足污水回用要求；同时，混凝气浮工艺可以利用原有工艺设施无需新的土建。因此是一条可行的改进路线。

The Improvement of an Oil Sewage Recycle System of Plate Mill

The old treatment process of oil sewage of plate mill is low efficient and can't meet the needs of recycle. The studies on the improvement of the old process show that coagulation plus floatation process can efficiently improve the treatment of the oil sewage and make the SS and oil levels low enough to meet the requirement of recycle. The new process can be put in use basing on the old facilities. This process is an economy and practical method.
