| Abstract: | Based on post-earthquake investigation in the field, some experiences and lessons in emer-gency response of Great Hanshin Earthquake, Japan, are discussed. It seems that national disaster prevention system and psychological preparedness of residents should be emphasized for effective rescue and disaster mitigation. In addtion. the plan of disaster prevention should be more concrete, operational, in order to implement directly at impact phase of distructive earthquake. |
