大都市群的环境问题及其环境保护战略

Environmental Problems and Protection Strategy of Regions of Metropolitan Groups

Based on the demands of implementation of state developmental strategy in the new period,the characteristics of contamination in metropolitan groups area were intersectional,multiple and cumulative,and the metropolitan groups had become the "funnel areas"of regional environmental resource and high risk zones of accidental environmental hazard.The active strategy of environmental protection was the only way to effective coordinate economic development and environmental protection.The main and crucial contents of active environmental protection strategy included regulation of overall developmental arrangement,alternation of economic growth manner,conversion of life style,innovation of state environmental management and science and technology systems,and systemic improvement of carrying capactiy of environment.
