摘    要:利用CFD进行数学建模,分析了某厂95t/h CFB锅炉的半干法烟气脱硫反应器内部流场的分布情况。通过对计算结果的分析与研究,达到了对反应器进行优化设计,降低反应器压降节省运行成本,为实际工程的设计提供了一定的技术指导。

Abstract:Flow field of semi-dry flue gas desulphurization(FGD) reactor of a 95 t/h CFB boiler was firstly is investigated by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).Through analysis and research on the numerical results,to optimize the reactor design,reducing the reactor pressure drop which would lower the operating cost,and provide technical guidance for the practical engineering design.
