灭幼脲(Ⅲ)在水相中光解产物的鉴定

摘    要:采用HPLC—UV及GC—MS技术鉴定了灭幼脲(Ⅲ)在水相中的表观光解产物,通过分析表观光解反应与暗反应产物的相对含量,确认对氯苯基异氰酸酯和邻氯苯甲酰胺是灭幼脲(Ⅲ)在永相中光解的主要产物。另外,依据反应产物的组成和相对含量,对灭幼脲(Ⅲ)在水相中的光解反应速率常数作了估算。

Abstract:The photochemical behavior of 2-ehloro-N(((4-chlorophenyl)amino) carbonyl) benzamide[or l-(2-chlorobenzoyl)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)urea (CCU)] in water has been studied. The photoreaetion rate constants and half-life of this compound in water solution saturated with N2 or O2 upon irradiation with xenon lamp have been determined respectively, taking into consideration of the rate of main reaction in the dark i.e. hydrolysis. HPLC-UV and GC-MS have been used to identify the apparent photoproducts. Through analyzing the relative content of degradation products of this corn-round in water under light irradiation or in the dark, the main products due to photoreaetion per second identified are 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate and 2-chlorobenzamide.Meanwhile the photoreaetion rate constant of this compound in water thus obtained has been checked with that calculated according to the content of degradation products.
