摘    要:针对以使用活性染料为主的印染厂的生产废水,选择六种常用的无机混凝剂以及自行研制的脱色剂,进行混凝实验,在确定各自最佳pH、最佳投药量的情况下,比较了COD、色度的去除率,絮体平均沉降速率,产生污泥的体积,污泥密度,以选择最佳效果的药剂品种和混凝条件。结果表明:脱色剂具有高效脱除色度和去除COD的特性,单独使用时,在pH为7.5,投加量为200mg/L的最佳条件下,色度去除率达到95.7%,COD去除率达到54.1%,产生的污泥量很少,与聚合氯化铝配合使用可以提高沉降速率。

Abstract:Decolorization of activated dyeing wastewater by using six common inorganic coagulants and self-made decolorant was studied.Under the optimum dosage and pH for every coagulant,removal efficiency of CODCr and color,average deposition rate of floc,volume and density of sludge were compared for selection of the optimum coagulant and conditions.Results showed that decolorant has high efficiency in reducing CODCr and color,when it was used singly under the optimum pH 7.5 and optimum dosage 200mg/L,removal effici...
