| Abstract: | An approach to incorporate reliability and variance into the weighting function of fire risk assessment is presented. The reliability and variance of sixteen fire attributes, which were obtained from surveys in Hong Kong, provide the basis for fire risk assessment of high rise buildings, and contribute more information for the decision making. |
