烟尘平行采样计算程序的编制及应用

摘    要:结合SYC-Ⅲ型皮托管采样测试仪的特点,编制了具有一定通用性的烟尘平行采样计算程序。该程序包括从烟道布点至除法器评价等5个功能相对独立的计算模块。程序采用菜单选择数据变数输入方式,操作较简便,等速采样流量计算时间〈20s,具有跟踪烟气基本参数变化,计算均值,快速选取最佳采样嘴等性能。经实际应用于焦炉自动装煤除尘系统及推焦除尘系统的烟尘测定,结果与静压平衡法吻合。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of the parallel sampling monitor combined with SYC-11I peto tube, a calculating program for parallel sampling of stack dusts has been compiled, which is to some extent versatile. The program consists of five relative dependent calculating module with the function from locating the sampling points to evaluating the effects of the dusts collector. "Menu choice" and data variable input mood are adopted in the program, which makes the operation easier. The time of the equal-speed sampling flows calculation was within 20 seconds. It has the function of tracting the variation of the elemental stack gas parameters, calculating the average values and choosing optimal sampling nozzle size. The method has been used for the dusts collecting system in the coke oven self-feeding coal system and automatic dump system in order to determine the concentration of the stack dusts, the results were as good as with those obtained by static pressure balance method.
