| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍了在工业类建设项目中开展环境监理试点的效果，分析了环境监理中存在的问题，对进一步完善工程环境监理制度提出了相应的对策。并认为，要使环境监理制度得以有效推行，明确的法律地位、完善的管理标准和管理规范是基础。

| Abstract: | The paper made a brief introduction on the effect of environmental supervision in industrial construction projects, analyzed the problems existed in environmental supervision, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures to improve the system of environmental supervision. The paper was of the view that the definite law, the perfect management standards and regula- tions will be essential to effectively promoting environmental supervision system. |
