| Abstract: | The article analyzed the risks and problems that arised when a sewage treatment plant was in construction and in service and found out some methods to avoid risks and settle those problems in order to protect the rights and interests of the operators .Thus the sewage treatment plant can realize the most economic and social benefits by the greatest extent. |
