| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着市政工程建设速度的不断加快,市政工程项目在施工阶段带来的环境影响日益严重.在分析了施工阶段环境问题的基础上,提出将全过程控制原则应用于市政工程施工阶段的环境管理,并分析了政府部门、业主、监理、承包商的环境管理.最后,对市政工程项目在施工阶段所应采取的具体环保措施进行了简要探讨.

| Abstract: | As the municipal engineering construction mend its pace in these years,the environmental impact become worse and worse during the construction period.The author analyses the environmental problems during the construction period then offer to apply the overall process control principle to environmental management during the municipal engineering construction.Moreover,the author also analyses the environmental management,relating to government,owner,supervision and contractor.Finally,the author simply discuss the measures of environmental protection during the municipal engineering construction. |
