| 摘 要： | 采用一种快速、灵敏、高效的液相微量萃取(LPME)方法,测定水样中有机磷农药的痕量浓度。该法在一个密封的小瓶子里暴露一滴水溶液表面的有机溶剂,控制LPME方法性能的实验参数,进行研究和优化,用最佳的萃取条件,得到了非常低的检测极限(0.01~0.04μg/L)和很好的线性关系(0.998 3

| Abstract: | A fast and efficient liquid-phase microextraction(LPME)method was used to determine the trace concentration of organophosphorus pesticides in water samples.By controlling the performance parameters of LPME method and using the timal extraction conditions,a very low detection limit and a good linear relation were got.When testing orgunophosphorus pesticides in different types of water samples,acceptable reproducibility and excellent precision were also obtained. |
