摘    要:首先将铜绿微囊藻和细菌在相同条件下共同培养,探索藻菌共生体系的最佳生长条件。然后将铜绿微囊藻和细菌混合固定化,比较混合固定和单独固定对污水中NH3-N和PO4^3--P的净化效率。结果表明,固定化混合藻菌体系对污水中NH3—N和PO4^3--P的去除效率明显高于单独固定化体系,并且随着实验时间的延长,对污水中NH3—N和PO4^3--P的去除效率逐渐升高。

Abstract:This paper probes into optimal growth condition of intergrowth of Microcystis aeruginosa and bacterium and studies the removing effieieneies of NH3-N and PO4^3--P of synthetic wastewater by co-immobilized algae-bacteria as well as immobilized algae. The result shows that the removing effieieneies of co-immobilized algae-bacteria on NH3-N and PO4^3-- P is obviously higher than that of immobilized algae. The data suggest that algae, which are co-immobilized, raise its synthetic metabolic activities.
