中国垃圾资源的综合开发利用

自然资源垃圾化与垃圾资源化是技术进步与变异的产物，技术进步在产生经济翻番和垃圾翻番的同时，使垃圾成为一种独特的资源。本文从自然资源垃圾化与垃圾资源化理论出发，探讨了我国垃圾资源基本特点、开发利用现状与方向，提出了我国垃圾资源综合开发利用对策。旨在促进我国自然资源的良性循环和综合利用，提高资源综合开发利用的经济与生态价值，创建健康、清洁、富裕的生存环境。

COMPREHENSIVE EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION OF THE CHINESE GARBAGE RESOURCE

The advance of technology has brought about the garbage coming from natural resources and a new resource originating from the garbage. According to this point, the main characteristics of the garbage resource and its present exploitation and utilization and tendency have been discussed in this paper. Some measures for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of the garbage resource have been put forward for the purpose of enhancing the beneficial cycle and comprehensive utilization of the natural resources of China and increasing the economic and ecological value of the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of the resources.
