化肥行业中污水处理工程的设计与运行

摘    要:介绍了化肥行业中污水的处理工艺,利用活性污泥在适宜的环境下(即曝气时)可去除COD,硝化茵可把氨氮氧化为NO2^-、NO3^-,以及在缺氧时(即推流时)反硝化菌可把NO2^-、NO3^-转化为N2,去除污染物,使处理后的污水出水水质达标排放。工程表明:处理后的污水出水水质能够达到《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》GB13458—2001要求。

Abstract:The wastewater treatment process for chemical fertilizer industry is introduced. Under an aerobic environment (when aeration), COD is removed by activated sludge and NH3 -N is transformed into NO2 and NO3 by oxidation of Nitrobacteria. Under anaerobic condition, NO2 and NO3 are transformed into N2 by denitrifying bacteria and the pollutants are removed so that the ammonia in effluent water is better than the national discharge standard of water pollutants for ammonia synthesis industry.
