湿式过氧化氢氧化处理高浓度染料废水的工艺研究

摘    要:采用湿式过氧化氢氧化-铁屑过滤-混凝技术处理高浓度偶氮染料废水,用难生化降解的甲基橙进行模拟试验。实验结果表明,该工艺COD和色度的去除率分别高达85%和99%。湿式过氧化氢氧化处理过程受温度、硫酸投量、Fe^2 投量、H2O2投量的影响,反应温度对COD和色度的去除率影响较大,COD去除率的增加与H2O2投量成正比,色度的去除率随COD的增高而增大。

Abstract:Advanced treatment were used to degrade azodyes at high concentration.Wet peroxide oxidation(WPO)-iron filings screening -coagulation process was found to be the best method in terms of color and COD removal.Methyl orange,the least biodegradable was chosen as a model dye for determining the most suitable reaction conditions.The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD,and color could reach 85%and 99% respectively.Temperature,FeSO 4 amount,sulfuric acid amount and added hydrogen peroxide amount affected the wet peroxide oxidation(WPO).The removal of COD and color were found to be very sensitive to the reactio temperature .The COD removal rate was found to be proportional to the dosage of hydrogen peroxide,the color removal was also found to be closely.Related to the removal of COD until an equilibrium COD was reached.
