摘    要:针对焦化洗萘塔废水中萘垢随时随地析出,造成管路堵塞,电机频繁烧坏和实验室洗萘水中萘结晶现象,从理论上进行了分析,并在此基础上,对终冷水池进行改造,在池中插入九道筛网,使废水中的萘处于非均匀形核环境,在进入管道输送系统之前,使绝大多数萘垢析出。从而解决了长期以来困扰萍钢的一个重要环保问题。

Abstract:The block up of the pipelines and the frequent burnout of the motors due to precipitation of naphthlene dirt in wastewater of naphthlene washing tower for coking plant at any time and any place, and naphthlene crystalline of naphthlene washing water in a laboratory have been analyzed theoretically, according to which the end cooling pond was rebuilt and nine screens were inserted in it, so as to make the naphthlene in wastewater be in an uneven nucleation environment, and most of the naphthlene dirt precipitated before it getting into the transporting system. Thus, we have solved successfully the major environmental protection problem by which Pingxiang Iron and Steel Works had been puzzled for a long time.
