基于突变级数法的矿区环境承载力研究——以西山矿区为例

摘    要:
环境承载力研究对于矿区的可持续发展具有重要意义,以西山矿区为例,根据矿区规划发展对自然生态环境和社会经济可能产生的影响,建立基于突变级数法的矿区环境承载力动态评价模型,模拟西山矿区规划方案和零方案下的环境承载力动态变化趋势。结果表明,由于矿区生产建设活动和人口增长的影响,零方案和规划方案下西山矿区环境承载力评价值均低于现状值,相较于零方案,规划方案实施后矿区环境承载力评价值均较低,且呈现先下降后上升的趋势。

Abstract:
Research on Environmental Carrying Capacity (ECC) has important significance for sustainable development of coal mining. With Xishan coal mining as a case study, based on the planning and development impact of mining on the natural ec- ological environment and social economy, the dynamic evaluation model of coal mining with catastrophe progression method was built to simulate the trend of ECC under zero scenario and planning scenario. The results show that the ECC would be descending due to the effects of the mining area development and population growth. The evaluation value of ECC under planning scenario is smaller than zero scenario, and the trend would descend at first and then ascend.
