摘    要:十八大以来,优化国土空间开发格局成为生态文明建设的内容之一。基于GIS的生态敏感性评价可以将评价对象的生态系统特征与空间开发格局有机联系起来,从土地利用的角度对生态文明建设提供发展建议。在总结相关研究的基础上,以深圳市坪山新区为例,结合生态文明建设规划要求和地区实际,采用GIS技术对生态敏感性进行评价,选取4个评价因子,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定敏感性因子权重,采用最大值法对生态敏感性及空间分布进行了定量化分析,按照生态敏感性的高低将研究区域划分为高敏感区、中敏感区、低敏感区和非敏感区4个等级。结果表明,该方法可以为坪山新区生态文明建设规划的国土空间开发格局优化提出分区保护与建设的对策建议。

Abstract:Improving the development of China's geographical space was included in Promoting Ecological Progress after 18th Party Congress. Through GIS - based ecological sensitivity analysis, suggestions on land use for the research object could be made to promote its ecological progress, thus the characteristics of ecosystem could be related to develop the geographical space. Based on the review of existing studies, a case study on Shenzhen Pingshan New District was made according to the requirements of its planning of promoting ecological progress and local reality. In this article, 4 regionally representative factors were selected and their weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process. Ecological sensitivity of Pingshan is evaluated by using maximum of the factor - overlay method of GIS. Four classes of ecological sensitivity ranging from extreme to low were generated : high sensitivi- ty zone, moderate sensitivity zone, low sensitivity zone and non - sensitivity zone. The study indicates that the GIS - based ecological sensitivity analysis could provide zoning strategies on environmental protection and urban development to improve the development of Pingshan's geographical space in its planning of promoting ecological progress.
