直接焚烧灰吹电镀污泥工艺的研究

摘    要:电镀污泥是电镀废水处理过程中所产生的以铜、镍、铬等重金属氢氧化物为主要成分的沉淀物,成分复杂。其处置方法及资源化技术的研究已成为中国环境保护工作中亟待解决的问题之一。本文采用德国贺利氏回收技术(太仓)有限公司的先进技术,对电镀污泥焚烧工艺进行改进,采用"直接焚烧灰吹"工艺。整个工艺在密闭、负压条件下进行,运营上成熟稳定、便于操作管理、运行成本较低,同时符合工艺先进性要求;采用生物质燃料代替煤和柴油供热,不仅污染物排放量有所降低,对周围环境影响有所减少,同时也为人类社会可持续发展作出了新的贡献。

Abstract:The components of electroplating sludge are complicated. It is precipitates mainly consist of copper, nickel, chromium and other heavy metal hydroxides. The research and disposal methods are becoming urgent problems for environmental protection. This paper used the advanced technologies developed by Heraeus Recovery Technology(Taicang) Co. , Ltd. -the "di- rect incineration and cupellation" process to improve electroplating sludge incineration. The entire process is in a closed, negative pressure conditions. It has the advantages of mature and stable operation, easy management and low operation costs. It is also consistent with advanced technology requirements and use biomass fuels to replace diesel heating. The method not only lowered emissions of pollutants, reduced impact on the surrounding environment, but also made new contributions for the sustainable development of human society.
