| Abstract: | Because of a series of policy measures such as canceling agricultural tax and free compulsory education,the dominant burdern of peasant has been lightened.However,if we want to make peasants real to be wealthy,their latent burdens should not be neglected.It includes the heavy burden of farming capital price,favour consumption,ignorant consumption,medical,and educational payment.4refs. |
