我国安全生产领域科技发展问题研究

安全生产是促进社会和经济持续健康发展的基本条件，但我国安全生产基础工作薄弱，与经济高速发展的矛盾愈加突出，这主要源于安全生产科技力量分散、投入严重不足、科技工作缺乏整体性、法规体系不健全等原因。为此，应建立安全生产长效机制，实现生产安全科技支撑与保障体系完善并高效运转。这就要求政府追踪安全生产科技发展的重点领域和关键技术，积极开展共性、关键性重大安全科技攻关，并将安全生产科技发展纳入国家中长期科技发展规划，以有力地维护和推动经济发展。

Researches on science and technology development of work safety in China

Work safety is essential to the sound social and economic development. In China, the weak status of basic safety work has taking more and more negative impact on rapid economic development. The main reasons lie in dispersed safety technology, rather insufficient input, disintegrated technology work and incomplete legal system. Therefore, a long - term work safety mechanism is supposed to be built up to win the support of work safety technology and a perfect and efficient guarantee system. In this case, the govemment should keep a close eye on the key fields and techniques of work safety development, put active effort in tackling key problems, and integrate the science and technology development of work safety into the interim and long - term plan of national science and technology development so as to protect and promote economic development.
