摘    要:实验中向生活污水及其二级生物处理出水中加入葡萄糖、蛋白胨、腐殖酸、阴离子表面活性剂等代表性有机物,对不同种类有机物的紫外吸收光谱特性进行分析,并与TOC相关联。分析结果表明,除葡萄糖以外,其它种类有机物在紫外光波长240 ̄300nm范围内均有明显的吸收。以生活污水及其二级生物处理出水作为研究对象,将240 ̄300nm范围内的紫外吸光值积分UVai和波长为254nm下的紫外吸光值UV254与常规有机污染指标相关联,结果表明,UVai与TOC,COD有更显著的线性相关性。

Abstract:The organic contaminants such as glucose,peptone,humic acid,scour were added to the domestic wastewater and the effluent after secondary (biological) treatment in the experiment. The correlation between the ultraviolet absorption spectrum character of different organics with TOC (Total Organic Carbon) was analyzed. The result showed that the organics had evident absorption character at ultraviolet spectrum area of 240 ~ 300 nm except glucose. Both UVai (the integral UV absorption over the area) and UV254 (absorption at a UV wavelength of 254 nm) were related with organic pollution index. The result showed that UVai had more notable linearity correlation with TOC and COD.
