基于熵技术的安全培训质量模糊综合评价

摘    要:鉴于安全培训质量评价所存在的模糊性和随机性的特点,在建立涵盖培训策划、教学资源、教学过程、培训效果为一级指标的培训质量综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊数学理论,建立了二级模糊综合评价模型,借用信息论中熵的概念计算客观权重的方法,提出了安全培训质量模糊综合评价的方法。应用该方法对对国内某安全培训机构的某次培训质量进行评价,得出其评价结果为"良好"。该方法对安全培训质量进行了定量解算,从而提高了安全培训质量评价的客观性和科学性,通过对结果的深入分析,可找出培训过程中存在的不足之处,从而为目标明确、有的放矢的改进培训工作提供理论依据,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:In view of the existing fuzziness and randomness in the safety training quality comprehensive evaluation, an index system, which comprises the first-class indices such as training programming, training resource, training process and training effect, was put forward; and then a two-stage fuzzy assessment model for safety training quality evaluation was established by applying the theory of fuzzy mathematics. The concept of entropy in information theory was also used so as to obtain the objective weight of each index and avoid subjective effect. The application of this model to the safety training quality evaluation of certain training organization shows that its training quality is "the better". This method not only improves the scientificalness and objectivity on safety training quality evaluation by quantitative computation, but also can find out the deficiencies in safety training through deep analysis, which provides theoretical basis for making a clearer training aim and further improvement on training quality.
