压力生化-组合生化-脱色处理橡胶促进剂废水

摘    要:橡胶促进剂废水具有色度高、成分复杂、有机物浓度高、可生化性差等特点。采用压力生化-组合生化-脱色处理橡胶促进剂废水,当进水水质主要污染物ρ(COD)<2 000 mg/L、ρ(硫化物)<20 mg/L、ρ(苯胺)<15 mg/L时,出水可达GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》表4二级标准限值的要求。工程实践表明:该处理工艺具有处理效果好,运行稳定等特点。

Abstract:The rubber accelerator wastewater features high chroma,complex composition,high concentrations of organism,and poor biodegradability etc.Treating the rubber accelerator wastewater by pressure biochemical-combined biochemical-discolored process,as influent COD(<2 000 mg/L,) sulfide(<20 mg/L,) aniline(<15 mg/L,) the effluent can meet the requirements of the secondary standard limits in table 4 of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996).The practice shows the treatment process has a better trea...
