| Abstract: | The present status on full-time safety technician and its group is analyzed. According to the developing regulation at three consequent stages of full-time safety technician's career, it is attempted to match the needs between individual and organization in reason, and to investigate the method to improve the professional quality of full-time safety technician and the specialized skill level of its group. |
