多壁碳纳米管对斑马鱼体组织内酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用毒性试验方法研究3种质量浓度(10.0,5.0和2.5 mg/L)下人工纳米材料多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)长时间暴露(28~35 d)对斑马鱼成鱼脑和肝组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和Na+,K+-ATP酶活性的影响. 结果表明,随着暴露时间的延长和ρ(MWCNTs)的增高,AchE和GSH-PX的活性降低,Na+,K+-ATP酶活性呈先升高后降低的趋势. 不同暴露时间的酶活性略有不同,但其趋势基本一致. 比较他人试验数据,对人工碳纳米材料与酶活性进行质量浓度-效应关系分析,结果显示该试验方法制备的多壁碳纳米管悬浊液毒性较小,单独存在对水生生物危害不大.

Abstract:An experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of long time exposure (28-35 d) of three different mass concentrations (10.0, 5.0 and 2.5mg/L) ofmulti-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on acetylcholinesterase (AchE), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX ) and Na+, K+-ATPase activity of adult zebrafish brain and liver. The results showed that the AchE and GSH-PX activities were lower withhigher concentration and longer time exposure, and the Na+,K+-ATPase activity was increased first and then reduced. The enzyme activities were slightly different with different times, but the general trend of them was similar. A concentration-effect relationship analysis between MWCNTs and enzyme activities was carried out for the MWCNTs prepared in this experiment and comparing with reported literature, which showed that the toxicity of the MWCNTs was low, and there was lower risk to aquatic organisms when other pollutants were absent.
