再生造纸废水低成本治理工艺优化及应用

通过对国内外再生造纸废水处理工艺的归纳与总结,结合再生造纸的工艺特点,提出再生造纸废水低成本治理工艺。采用锅炉烟气处理脱墨黑夜,漂白废水用于废水脱色,采用絮凝沉淀、过滤等物化+生化处理相结合的方法处理综合废水。实现废水多级回用,循环水使用率达80%～90%,少量废水达标排放,投资和运行费用可节省近50%。

THE APPLICATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF LOWER COST TREATMENT PROCESS FOR TREATMENT OF REGENERATED PAPERMAKING WASTEWATER

Based on conclusion and summation of treatment processes of regenerated papermaking wastewater at home and abroad,and combined with its characteristics,a process of lower cost is proposed.Boiler flue gas is used to treat deinked black liquid,bleach water is used for decolorization of the wastewater,flocculation sedimentation and filtration etc are used to treat the integrated wastewater.The reuse of multi-stage wastewater is realized,water recycling rate is 80% ～ 90%,a small amount of wastewater is discharged up to standards,investment and operating cost savings are near 50%.
